Case #225-Rehearing granted to the Selectmen concerning the BOA’s decision on 9/23/09 which found in favor of Richard & Cheryl Noonan, Map 3 Lot 36, for a zoning violation of a camper on their property.
Members Present: Mark McIntosh, Chairman; David Dobson; Ben Brown.
Selectmen: Stephen MacCleery, Richard DeBold.
Others: Richard & Cheryl Noonan, Allan Mayville.
Ben Brown moved to recess this meeting due to the snowstorm and lack of abutters & members in attendance and reconvene on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 7:00 PM.
Mark McIntosh seconded.
